Nos encanta la paella

So it was a paella then went really good. At the same time with a splitting headache and a mild fever, I had a little mixed up with the seasonings. For example 1 strand of saffron thread and 4 tbps of paprika, I read as 1 tablespoon of saffron thread and totally omitted the paprika

So after nearly eating 3/4 of my portion of dinner, I realized the mixed up.

Saturday's dinner was awesome.
